Cities work to curb youth crime during summer

Charleston, a popular tourist destination, is implementing a new curfew for juveniles. Effective tonight at 9 p.m., anyone under the age of 17 will be found in violation if found in the Central Business District. This new measure comes as summer reaches its peak.
