2nd suspect surrenders in alleged crypto torture case

The second suspect who has been accused of kidnapping and torturing a crypto trader was arraigned late last night. As FOX 5 New York's Robert Moses reports, police say the two men tortured the victim for three weeks to get him to give up his crypto password.
