Liverpool parade attack not being treated as terrorism

A celebration in Liverpool turned to horror when a minivan plowed into a crowd of jubilant soccer fans, injuring multiple people during a Premier League trophy parade. Police say a 53-year-old British man was arrested at the scene, the incident is not being treated as terrorism.
