Pennsylvania married couple arrested for abuse of teen

Special Victims Unit and Leigh County officials in Pennsylvania held a press conference on the arrest of a married couple who police said, abused twin teen boys. Officials said the boys were malnourished and 'near life-threatening situation' when evaluated but medical professionals.
