Marco Rubio selected as Trump's secretary of state

President-elect Donald Trump has chosen Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio to be his secretary of state ? a decision that will make the Cuban American senator the first Latino to serve as the nation?s top diplomat and the highest serving Hispanic in American History.
