Non-US citizen identified as suspect in UGA death
The suspect in the death of August University student Laken Riley has been taken into custody. Officials identified the suspect as 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra who lives in Athens. Ibarra will be booked on charges of felony murder, kidnapping.
