Semi-truck, standoff: Police rip 18-wheeler apart

Authorities have arrested a suspect following an hours-long standoff on a freeway in Harris County, Texas. Aerial footage shows SWAT officers move in on the truck after using a battering ram to rip out sections of the side of the 18-wheeler.
