Trump lawyers back in court in New York

A judge will hear arguments Friday as Donald Trump’s lawyers and the New York attorney general’s office seek to resolve all or part of a lawsuit accusing the former president of fraud as his grew his real estate empire. Trump’s lawyers want the case thrown out before a non-jury trial is scheduled to start Oct. 2. LiveNOW from FOX host Jeane Franseen spoke to attorney Andrew Lieb about the case.
