Marine surrenders in NYC subway choking death

Daniel Penny, the 24-year-old marine seen on video placing Jordan Neely, 30, in a chokehold on a New York City subway, surrendered to law enforcement Friday on a charge of 2nd degree manslaughter. The Medical Examiner's office said the chokehold caused Neely's death. Mark Bederow, a former Manhattan prosecutor, joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the investigation.
