Jordan Neely: Grand jury could meet this week on NYC subway death

A grand jury convened by the Manhattan District Attorney could meet this work to determine whether charges are filed against the marine seen on video putting Jordan Neely in a chokehold on a New York City subway. The Medical Examiner's Office has said the chokehold led to Neely's death.
