Ukraine war money: White House says it's hard to track funding during a war

The White House was asked during a briefing on allegations of money being misused in Ukraine for support of the war efforts. John Kirby, Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the National Security Council said it's hard to track all funding during an active war.
