Moscow Police Department Captain Roger Lanier delivers an update on the killings of four University of Idaho students. Madison Mogen, 21; Kaylee Goncalves, 21; Xana Kernodle, 20; and Ethan Chapin, 20, were killed in their off-campus rental house during the early morning hours of Nov. 13. Police have yet to name a suspect or even release the profile of the killer, but have revealed the victims were stabbed to death. They have also said the attack was ?targeted? but only loosely defined what they meant by that.

This comes just days after police in Moscow, Idaho issued a warning about 'criminal charges' for people who spread misinformation about the quadruple homicide on the University of Idaho's campus. It also comes after Steven Goncalves, Kaylee's father told Fox News Digital details that have yet to be officially released. Moscow Police say Kaylee Goncalves, 21; Madison Mogen, 21; Xana Kernodle, 20; and Ethan Chapin, 20, were killed in an off-campus house on King Road between 3 and 4 a.m. on Nov. 13.

Moscow Police urged the internet's true crime community to tone things down Friday, nearly four weeks after the unsolved slayings of four University of Idaho students captured national attention. "Investigators have been monitoring online activity related to this ongoing and active case and are aware of the large amount of rumors and misinformation being shared as well as harassing and threatening behavior toward potentially involved parties," Moscow police said in a statement Friday afternoon.

The Moscow Police Department released new body camera video recorded the same morning four University of Idaho students were murdered. Police working a plain clothes alcohol enforcement patrol stopped three University of Idaho students for suspected underage drinking at about 2:50 a.m. Nov. 13 as the students were walking in a field between West Taylor Avenue and the Sigma Chi fraternity. The teens were stopped about one-tenth of a mile from the rental home at 1122 King Road, where Madison Mogen, 21, her best friend Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Ethan Chapin, 20, and his girlfriend Xana Kernodle, 20, were brutally stabbed to death between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m.

It's been more than three weeks since the investigation began into the murders of four University of Idaho students. LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow spoke with retired FBI special agent, Jennifer Coffindaffer, for some insight on the case.

Police in Moscow, Idaho have released stock photos of a vehicle believed to be near the scene where four University of Idaho students were fatally stabbed one week ago. FOX News' Alexis McAdams spoke with LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow about the latest on the investigation.

The Moscow Police Department said Wednesday that detectives want to speak with occupants of a white 2011-2013 Hyundai Elantra that was near the off-campus home where four University of Idaho students were murdered on Nov. 13. "Investigators believe the occupant(s) of this vehicle may have critical information to share regarding this case," police said in a news release. FOX News reports police still have not identified a suspect or located a murder weapon in the murders of Xana Kernodle, 20, Ethan Chapin, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21.

Idaho police said they have looked into an incident involving Idaho murder victim Kaylee Goncalves "at a local business, which may have been the stalker reference she made to friends and family." The update came as police continue to search for any suspects in a Nov. 13 quadruple homicide that left four University of Idaho students – 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves; 21-year-old Madison Mogen; 20-year-old Xana Kernodle; and 20-year-old Ethan Chapin – stabbed to death in their off-campus home on Nov. 13. Kaylee's father said he "can't" specify whether he believes his daughter or any of the other victims were targets of the attack. "I asked for permission to do just that, and they said no," Goncalves said of police. "I probably over-disclosed information that they wish I wouldn't have said, but the story's going cold. There's less people coming to Moscow. I'm not going to go sleep in my bed knowing that I could get up and I could go to town and I could do something, and I'm not going to go away. I hate to be a pain, but as a father, I just can't even sleep thinking that I could be doing something." More than three weeks later, police are still trying to fill in an unknown timeline of events for Chapin and Kernodle, who were boyfriend and girlfriend, the night before the murders. It is unclear where they went or what they did between then and the time they arrived at home around 1:45 a.m. on Nov. 13. Police are asking the public to share any information they may have about the couple's timeline that evening or early the next morning.

Update on the Idaho student murders investigation, Moscow Police said the sixth person listed on the lease at the house where four students were killed last month was not involved in their deaths. 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves; 21-year-old Madison Mogen; 20-year-old Xana Kernodle; and Kernolde?s boyfriend, 20-year-old Ethan Chapin were found stabbed to death on November 13. Officials first said that Chapin also lived at the house, but have since said he was visiting. Legal expert Will Bruzzo joins LiveNOW's Shirley Descorbeth to discuss the updates.

Family and friends of the four victims in the Idaho college murders gathered to pay their respects. Police say the investigation into the murders is ongoing, and no suspect has been identified at this time.
