Rep. Tom Kean Jr. returns to Congress after absence

Kean’s return comes after a months-long absence that he later revealed had been related to him being recently treated for depression. Addressing the House floor on Tuesday, Kean said that he has returned "healthier, stronger and excited" to get back to work.
