This comes after President Donald Trump said Sunday that he believes the war with Iran will be over very soon. “I think what's going to happen is we're going to win this war very soon, and as soon as we win it, the oil will go down, way down to what it was before the war,” Trump said at the Presidents Cup golf event this weekend. President Trump has also recently rejected a proposal from Iran aimed at ending the conflict and reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
