SCOTUS clears path for AL to redraw congressional map

This comes after the U.S. Supreme Court allowed Alabama to revisit its congressional map just three years after the bench forced a race-conscious redraw. Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall said Monday that his "job… is done." Attorney General Marshall spoke with LiveNOW’s Ryan Schmelz after the ruling was announced.
