D.C. plane crash: NTSB investigation

The National Transportation Safety Board starts three days of investigative hearings focused on the deadly midair collision that killed 67 people in January when an American Airlines jet crashed with an Army Black Hawk helicopter. The hearings will help investigators learn more about what caused the crash over Washington.
