Inmate crews respond to the Hughes Fire in CA

The Hughes Fire broke out around 11 a.m. on Wednesday. The fire has burned more than 5,000 acres in just a few hours. Thousands are under evacuation orders between Los Angeles and Ventura counties. FOX 11 Los Angeles reporter Hailey Winslow reports from the frontlines of the fire, where inmate crews were lighting controlled fires in an attempt to slow the spread of the Hughes Fire.
