Arctic air mass to deliver Halloween chill

A blast of cold air will deliver some of the coldest temperatures of the season for the Great Lakes, Upper Midwest and Northeast this weekend just in time for Halloween. The FOX Forecast Center is tracking snow potential for some trick-or-treaters.
