Wall Street Journal reporter and U.S. citizen Evan Gershkovitch has been detained in Russia on spying charges. Gershkovich was detained in Yekaterinburg, Russia’s fourth-largest city after Russia’s Federal Security Service accused him of trying to obtain classified information. David Whelan, the brother of Paul Whelan, is speaking out about his continued imprisonment after a Wall Street Journal reporter was arrested in Russia.
