Oil prices fluctuate as Trump keeps Hormuz closed

The Pentagon said in a social media post that U.S. forces boarded the M/T Tifani "without incident." Early reporting indicates that the oil tanker was sanctioned for smuggling Iranian crude oil in Asia.
