An accuser of Rep. Eric Swalwell spoke to the media with her attorneys in Beverly Hills, CA Tuesday. In a statement on X, Swalwell apologized for "mistakes in judgment" he's made in the past and said he'd fight the "serious, false allegation" made against him.
