Chemical tank in Calif. no longer at risk of explosion

A damaged tank containing dangerous, toxic chemicals is no longer at risk of a "catastrophic" explosion, officials said during a press conference Monday. As a result, some people who live near the tank are no longer under an evacuation order, although thousands still are. Officials said while the worst-possible scenario of a major explosion has been eliminated, there is still the possibility for a smaller blast or fire and warned residents to follow all official orders and exercise caution.
