Former firefighter shoots 3 officers in Philadelphia

We are getting the latest updates after a shooting in Philadelphia this weekend that killed the suspect involved and left three police officers hospitalized. According to police, 57-year-old Eric Franks became increasingly agitated during an interaction as officers attempted to explain the situation and secure the area.
