Trial set for Malibu crash that killed 4 Pepperdine students

Fraser Michael Bohm is scheduled to stand trial Sept. 8 on murder charges in connection with a 2023 Malibu crash that killed four Pepperdine University students after a judge denied the 24-year-old's request to dismiss the charges based on what his attorneys said was new evidence.
