Xi says Taiwan tensions threaten US-China relations

LiveNOW’s Anna Marsick is speaking with Henrietta Levin, a senior fellow with the Freeman Chair in China Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, as Taiwan becomes a focal point between U.S. and Chinese relations. A readout from the bilateral between the two nations reportedly read that "clashes and even conflicts, putting the entire relationship in great jeopardy," in regard to how Taiwan is handled. China’s President Xi Jinping also told President Donald Trump that if Taiwan is handled well, their relationship will "enjoy overall stability," according to recent reporting.
