Menendez brothers granted early parole hearing

Erik and Lyle Menendez are set to appear before a parole board next year, months earlier than previously anticipated. The brothers are serving sentences for the Aug. 20, 1989, shotgun killings of their parents, Jose and Mary Louise “Kitty” Menendez, at their Beverly Hills home. Their parole suitability hearings are now scheduled for March 2027, instead of August 2028. LiveNOW’s Mike Pache speaks with legal analyst Mark Geragos about the case.
