Texas flooding update: Gov. Abbott speaks in Uvalde

Texas Governor Greg Abbott and other officials provided an update on Friday in Uvalde, TX on the heavy rainfall and historic flooding in the state. Under Abbott’s emergency directive, more than 1,300 personnel across 30 different state agencies, including the Texas Military Department, have been activated to assist local communities.
