US vows "robust, rapid" earthquake relief to Venezuela

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has pledged a big, fast and effective relief response to Venezuela in the wake of back-to-back strong earthquakes that have left more than 1,500 people dead and an estimated 50,000 missing.
