Cesar Chavez fallout continues amid abuse allegations
We are getting the latest updates as the state of Arizona says it will not recognize Cesar Chavez Day this year, a day usually celebrated on March 31. This comes after abuse allegations surfaced against the late civil rights icon. According to the Cesar Chavez Foundation, they only recently became aware of allegations that the Yuma native engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior with women and minors.
