A nationwide blackout left about 10 million people in Cuba without power, exposing the country’s worsening energy crisis. While electricity was restored in some areas, chronic fuel shortages, aging infrastructure, and additional U.S. sanctions imposed by President Donald continue to strain the island’s power system.
