Hochul gives update on winter storm in New York
We are hearing this Sunday from Governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, as New York City is bracing for its first blizzard in more than a decade. This comes as major snowfall still remains across much of the state. According to our partners at Fox Weather, total accumulations for the New York City area are expected to be between 16 and 24 inches, while parts of New Jersey could see 20–30 inches. Governor Hochul’s remarks came after New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani declared a state of emergency for the city’s five boroughs.
