NATO condemns Russia after drone hits Romanian apartment
A Russian drone that was part of an attack on Ukraine veered off and struck an apartment building in Romania, according to officials. At least two people in the NATO country were injured. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte pledged "absolute solidarity" with Romania, saying Russia's "reckless behaviour is a danger to us all."
