Raman surges ahead of Pratt in LA mayor race

Los Angeles City Councilmember Nithya Raman has surged ahead of Spencer Pratt for second place in the Los Angeles mayoral race with 83% of the voted being counted. The second-place finisher will face off with incumbent Mayor Karen Bass in a November runoff election.
