LAPD detective & convicted rapist accused of kidnapping

The Ventura County Sheriff's Office said a former LAPD detective and convicted rapist is accused of kidnapping and robbery. Officials say Michael Douglas Brambles is accused of a 1994 kidnapping and robbery. Brambles is a former LAPD detective.
