Hilton, Becerra lead crowded CA gubernatorial primary

We are learning more as new polls from California show that Xavier Becerra has surged in a crowded gubernatorial primary. Other major candidates like Steve Hilton and Tom Steyer continue to fight for a top stop as the race continues. Candidates are campaigning across California and doing what they can to win over undecided voters.
