Trump takes on election security during address

We are learning as President Donald Trump announces that the White House is working to release documents that he says would reveal vulnerabilities in the U.S. election system. The president placed heavy blame on China, claiming the country had meddled in the 2020 presidential election and also claimed members of the "deep state" and U.S. intelligence agencies did not implement any intervention.
