Trump says he is sending border czar Homan to MN

President Trump announced Monday morning that he is sending his border czar Tom Homan to Minnesota to manage ICE operations. This comes after a Border Patrol agent fatally shot a 37-year-old man in Minneapolis Saturday morning.
