Gilgo Beach killer Rex Heuermann sentenced to life

We are learning more this week as Long Island architect Rex Heuermann will spend his life behind bars, bringing legal finality to a serial killer case that has haunted New York for over a decade. Heuermann, 62, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole on Wednesday as the judge called him a "coward," and the families of his victims stood to applaud and cheer.
