Putin to visit China days after Trump visit

Russian President Vladimir Putin will travel to Beijing next week for a two-day meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, according to the Kremlin. The announcement came less than a day after U.S. President Donald Trump wrapped up his own state visit to China, where he met with Xi to discuss trade tensions and the ongoing U.S.-Israel conflict with Iran.
