Sec. Rubio heads to Mideast for talks with Gulf nations

Secretary of State Marco Rubio will travel to the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain this week as high-level peace negotiations between the United States and Iran that began on Sunday in Switzerland ended early Monday morning with the two sides coming to an agreement on de-escalating the fighting in Lebanon.
