Israel, Lebanon to hold diplomatic talks in U.S.

Lebanon and Israel are set to hold their first direct diplomatic talks in more than 30 years. The talks are aimed at preparing negotiations to resolve Israel's conflict with the Lebanese militia Hezbollah, which is backed by Iran. The meeting will be held at the U.S. State Department in Washington D.C. Hezbollah has said it will not abide by any agreements that may result from the talks.
