Rubio reacts to Russia helping Iran target US troops

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is in the Philippines for the ASEAN conference. After a 30-minute meeting with Russia's Foreign Minister , Rubio took questions from reporters, addressing Russia's involvement in the war with Iran and discussing the prospects for future diplomacy between Ukraine and Russia.
