Sec. Rubio delivers remarks in New Delhi

Secretary of State Marco Rubio held a joint press conference in New Delhi Sunday with his Indian counterpart, External Affairs Minister Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar as the two countries held bilateral talks with the goal of steadying ties between the two countries that have fallen to their lowest point in decades.
