California couple claims surrogate violated wishes

The couple are reportedly claiming that the surrogate gave birth to the child, who has a rare heart defect, against their wishes. This comes after reports that McKenna West, 28, agreed to act as a surrogate for Los Angeles couple Omar Ahmed and Nausheen Gilkar.
