Outrage is mounting in New York City after federal immigration agents shot a 28-year-old Dominican Republic native during an attempted arrest in Marble Hill, officials said. Oscar Belgal’s 5-year-old son was in the backseat of the vehicle at the time of the shooting. Belgal’s attorney, Harold Solis, held a news conference following a court appearance.
