Water rescues underway amid deadly Texas flooding

Texas national guard has been deployed to Uvalde, and other surrounding areas after deadly flooding hit the region, Governor Greg Abbot says the state has responded with overwhelming force. More than 2,700 personnel and 1,500 vehicles, aircraft, and specialized resources have helped rescue more than 270 Texans, and evacuated many more. at least 2 people have died in the floods.
