Reflecting pool vandal used box cutter to slash pool

President Trump says the vandals accused of damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool have been caught red handed. In a newly released video the president says alleged vandals can be seen using a box cutter or other sharp object to slash the newly restored pool and dumped fertilizer into the water.
