D4vd charged with murder in death of 14-year-old girl

D4vd has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 14-year-old girl whose dismembered body was found in September inside his abandoned Tesla, prosecutors said. The 21-year-old, whose legal name is David Burke, also faces charges of lewd acts with a minor under 14 and mutilation of a body in the killing of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who had been reported missing in 2024.
