Ciattarelli refuses to concede NJ governor's race

New Jersey Republican Jack Ciattarelli is still not conceding his election race against Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy, despite all projections handing a second term to his opponent. The campaign denied that there was any election fraud, but argue that the margin between the candidates could reduce enough to warrant an official recount.
