Kamala Harris heckled by protester during speech

Vice President Kamala Harris was speaking about President Joe Biden's Build Back Better agenda in the Bronx, New York, when she was interrupted by a protester. Harris offered to speak to the heckler after her speech was over as security removed the protester from the room.
